convenient for our visit to Mercy Hospital. However, the noise from outside was quite bothersome, and the shower took too long to warm up. Overall, it was a decent stay but could use some improvements.

I had a lovely stay, as the staff were really friendly and I appreciated the cleanliness of my room. the hotel is conveniently close to beautiful parks and just a short walk to the Downtown Farmers' Market, making my weekend strolls extra enjoyable.

I had a pleasant stay with a clean room and very friendly staff that were helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect for my needs and made commuting easy. However, the lack of bathroom ventilation was noticeable and could use some improvement.

Our stay at Holiday Inn in Des Moines felt comfortable and safe, with friendly staff making check-in smooth. The location near the hospital was convenient. The parking situation was a bit challenging with the lot closed. I enjoyed my time here while exploring.

The hotel is conveniently located near Hy-Vee Hall, making it easy for me to attend events. My room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The meals offered were tasty, and the shuttle service to the hall was really helpful. However, the reception staff could use better training. I encountered a rude employee who spoke too fast on the phone and hung up on me multiple times. I had to wait 45 minutes for a shuttle. While the drivers were great, I felt it should have been smoother. The parking situation also wasn't ideal, which was a bit annoying. I enjoyed my stay overall, but these areas could definitely be improved.
